Farfalle with Creamy Wild Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb farfalle, cooked
- 1 T butter
- 12 oz exotic mushroom mix, sliced
- 1/2 C onion, chopped
- 1/3 C shallots, chopped
- 1 T garlic, minced
- 1/4 C dry white wine
- 2/3 C heavy cream
- 1/2 C Parmigiano, grated
- 2 T parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Sauté the mushrooms, onion, shallots and garlic in butter until all liquid evaporates and the mushrooms tender. Season to taste, then add the wine and cook until the liquid evaporates. Remove from heat.
- Add the pasta, cream, cheese, and parsley, season, and toss.
- Plate, garnish with more parsley and serve.
